How To Use It

  • Wash and dry your feet before bed.
  • Open the pack and peel the backing off one patch.
  • Press the patch, adhesive side down, onto the centre of the sole of your foot. Repeat on the other foot.
  • Wear for 6 to 8 hours, for example overnight. You can put on socks if you like.
  • In the morning, peel the patches off slowly and throw them away.
  • Wash your feet with warm water and dry them well.
  • Use one pair per night. Patches are single-use.
  • Do not apply on cuts, broken or irritated skin. Remove the patch and stop use if you feel itching or redness. If you are pregnant, diabetic or have a skin condition, check with your doctor first.
