Cancellation Policy
How and when you can cancel an order with us.
Before your order ships
You can cancel for a full refund any time before shipping. Email support@inspac.store with your order number and we'll process it right away.
After your order ships
Once shipped, an order can't be cancelled. You may refuse it at delivery — it will be returned to us and refunded once received, minus any shipping already incurred.
Prepaid orders
Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
COD orders
Cancelling a Cash on Delivery order before shipping needs no payment or refund action — just notify us and it's stopped.
